I graduated from Georgetown University and the University of Alabama School of Law, and I have been living and practicing law in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach in Baldwin County, Alabama since 1997.  I know what the prosecutors and Judges here usually expect, and I try to give you a good idea of what you can expect at our first meeting.  I work with you and the prosecutors to try to minimize the effect of your legal situation on your life, including using my best efforts to keep convictions off of your record and keep costs manageable for you.

My focus is on Municipal and District court criminal cases such as DUI for Alcohol or Controlled Substances.  I will also handle the administrative action to try to help you keep your driver's license or minimize any suspension.

I also handle Possession of Marijuana/Controlled Substances, Public Intoxication and Minor in Possession of Alcohol to help you avoid a conviction and a blemish on your criminal record.

In association with other attorneys and professionals, I also handle Personal Injury claims and Auto Accident claims to try to ensure that you are made whole, both physically and fiscally.
